Dear Sir,
Greetings!
Because of the safety and friendly sport, the airsoft hobby is now widely accepted in our society. With the success of our 1st Airsoft Tournament last December 07, 2008, Team Ultimo is going to host another Airsoft Tournament on May 3, 2009 at Greenhills (fronting ABS-CBN), Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City.
“Operation B.E.L. Behind Enemy Lines is inviting 12 various airsoft teams within Cagayan de Oro and the neighboring areas. This is a community project by the team to provide assistance to some identified beneficiaries by ABS-CBN in its program Serbisyo Patrol.
We are inviting you to send out and 18-man team (with unlimited reserves) for the tournament. Registration is P450.00 per player which entitles you for a free size event t-shirt, lunch pack and water supply. A registered reserve player will also avail of the same package. A portion of your registration will go to the ABS-CBN beneficiary.
The following are the major awards:
1. Champion
2. 1st Runner up
3. 2nd runner up
4. Sportsmanship Award
Special Awards will also be provided subject to availability of funds.
Registration is on a First-come-first-served basis. For interested parties, we require a down payment of 60% (Php 4,860.00) for team registration on or before April 16, 2009. The remaining balance of 40% will be collected on April 27, 2009 or 6 days before the event. Failure to pay by this deadline will mean cancellation and slots will be made available for other interested teams. Map and game plan will be provided upon full payment.
Payments may be handed personally via Mr. Bong Bragat, at the 2nd Floor KCFAPI building, beside Graphics All In One Store Main Building.
